INTRODUCTION
Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd is a state-controlled listed company with a long
history. It is the core enterprise of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Group. The company
was founded in 1958 named as Hangzhou Steam Turbine factory and restructured in
April 23rd, 1998, launched exclusively by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Group Co. Ltd.,
raise domestic listed foreign shares (B-shares) and was established in April 28th,
1998, on Shenzhen stock exchange, with stock code 200771.

Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd (HTC) is one of the leaders of China equipment manufacturing
industry, and main standard makers and technology leaders of Chinese industrial
steam turbines. HTC is the main R & D and manufacturing base of the global industrial
turbine, with an annual output of 480 sets and industrial steam turbine designing
and manufacturing capabilities of 4.2 million kilowatts. HTC’s industrial steam
turbine was awarded by "Chinese industry award - Recognition Award". HTC was the
winner of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang provincial government quality award, and won two
consecutive China Quality Award nomination prize. Based on the quality assurance
over years, HTC’s customers are all over the country and more than 20 countries
and regions over the world. It is widely praised and trusted by customers. HTC has
almost completed the design and manufacture of the first set of domestic industrial
steam turbines. Most of the domestic industrial steam turbines in key construction
projects during the economic development period in China are also provided by HTC.
